Massachusetts H3525 amends the definition of "miniature" and "beverage container" to include alcoholic beverages sold in miniature bottles.

Massachusetts H3525 amends the definition of "miniature" and "beverage container" under the "bottle bill" to include alcoholic beverages sold in miniature bottles. This bill redefines "beverage" to include soda water, mineral water, alcoholic beverages sold in miniature, and beer, but excludes other alcoholic beverages, dairy products, natural fruit juices, and wine. It also redefines "beverage container" to include sealable bottles, cans, jars, or cartons made of glass, metal, plastic, or a combination of these materials, excluding those made of biodegradable material.
