Massachusetts H3501 supports climate progress through sustainable offshore wind development.

Massachusetts H3501 establishes an advisory council on offshore wind wildlife habitat management to advise on best practices for avoiding, minimizing, and mitigating impacts to wildlife. The bill also creates a special commission to study the supply chain supporting offshore wind deployment and its economic benefits. The commission will assess manufacturing capabilities, workforce development, and job creation.
