Massachusetts H3497 requires the Department of Energy Resources, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection, to review and analyze the effectiveness of the renewable portfolio standard program. A report summarizing these findings and recommendations must be submitted to the joint committee on telecommunications, utilities and energy, and the clerks of the house and senate within 12 months of the bill's effective date.
