Introduced·2/27/25
Introduced Text

Massachusetts H3482 prohibits new natural gas or diesel generation facilities within one mile of sensitive areas.

Massachusetts H3482 amends Chapter 164 of the General Laws to prohibit the location of new natural gas or diesel generation facilities within one mile of environmental justice communities, playgrounds, day-care centers, schools, churches, areas of critical environmental concern, or residential housing.
