Establishes clean lighting and appliance efficiency standards in Massachusetts.

The bill sets forth clean lighting and appliance efficiency standards in Massachusetts. It mandates that gas fireplaces must have a fireplace efficiency of at least 50% and that computer server power supply units meet specific criteria. It also requires residential water softeners to comply with NSF/ANSI 44 standards and have a rated salt efficiency of at least 4000 grains of total hardness exchange per pound of salt. Additionally, it sets flow rate limits for residential kitchen faucets and showerheads. The bill prohibits the sale of non-compliant products after January 1, 2027.
