Massachusetts H345 allows the town of Berlin to issue up to two additional licenses for selling all alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. The licenses are subject to all regulations except section 17 of chapter 138. Licenses must be returned to the licensing authority if terminated or revoked, and may be granted to new applicants under specific conditions. The act takes effect upon passage.
