Establishes deadlines for electrifying school buses and public fleets in Massachusetts.

The bill sets deadlines for the electrification of school buses and public fleets in Massachusetts. It mandates that fifty percent of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles in public fleets be electric by 2030, seventy-five percent by 2033, and one hundred percent by 2035. For school buses, the deadlines are the same. The bill also requires light-duty vehicles in public fleets to be fifty percent electric by 2027, seventy-five percent by 2030, and one hundred percent by 2033.
