Establishes a tax on digital advertising services within Massachusetts.

The bill introduces a tax on digital advertising services provided within Massachusetts. It defines "digital advertising services" as advertisements on digital interfaces, including banner, search engine, and interstitial ads. The tax applies to entities with revenue from these services and is assessed at a rate of 6.25% of the annual revenue. The first $500,000 in revenue is exempt from this tax. The tax is to be remitted to the Commissioner of Revenue on a monthly basis.
