Exempts disabled veterans from sales tax when leasing a motor vehicle in Massachusetts.

The bill amends the General Laws of Massachusetts to exempt disabled veterans from sales tax when leasing a motor vehicle. This exemption applies to one vehicle leased for personal, noncommercial use. The exemption is for veterans determined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to have a permanent service-connected disability.
