The bill defines "digital interactive media/interactive entertainment" and "digital media system." It allows a credit against taxes for employment of persons within the commonwealth in connection with digital interactive media production. A qualifying digital interactive media production company must expend at least $50,000 within the commonwealth in any consecutive 12-month period.
