The Auditor of the Commonwealth, Diana DiZoglio, has submitted several legislative recommendations to the House Clerk, Steven T. James. These recommendations include reforms for payments in lieu of taxes for state-owned land, improved oversight of state government, enhanced government accountability, better internal controls within state agencies, creation of an electronic backpack for foster children, improved transportation and environmental oversight, and regulations relative to nondisclosure agreements.
