Establishes a council and fund to promote school-centered neighborhood development in Massachusetts.

The bill establishes the Massachusetts Interagency Council on School-Centered Neighborhood Development to improve policies related to mixed-income neighborhoods and schools. It also creates the Fund for Stronger Neighborhoods and Schools to support collaborative efforts to strengthen neighborhoods and schools. The fund will be administered by the secretary of the executive office of housing and livable communities. The council will coordinate with relevant groups to build long-term partnerships and support local efforts to improve the cradle-to-career pipeline.
