Provides employment benefits to certain long-term employees of the Department of Developmental Services.

The bill amends the General Laws to include specific employees of the Department of Developmental Services in the definition of "prisoners" for purposes of employment benefits. This includes Human Services Coordinators and Residential Supervisors who have worked for 10 years or more and provide care, custody, and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities.
