Massachusetts H2936 provides a pension to Mary Coulter-Bennett, the surviving beneficiary of former State Police Detective Lieutenant William Coulter.

Massachusetts H2936 mandates the Massachusetts State Retirement Board to provide a lifetime, monthly allowance to Mary Coulter-Bennett, the surviving beneficiary of former State Police Detective Lieutenant William Coulter. This allowance is equivalent to what she would receive if William Coulter had elected option (c) of subdivision (2) of section 12 of chapter 32 and nominated her as his sole beneficiary upon retirement.
