Expands access to civil service examinations for firefighters and police officers in Massachusetts.

The bill waives all costs and fees for civil service examinations for individuals aged 18 and under. It also allows those aged 17 and above to take exams for firefighter or police officer positions in cities or towns that have not accepted certain sections. The bill modifies age eligibility for certification and examination for these positions.
