Massachusetts H2907 amends group insurance costs for certain public retirees.

Massachusetts H2907 amends the General Laws to set a cap on deductibles and copayments for covered pharmaceutical services for active and retired employees, their dependents, and survivors. The maximum deductibles and copayments for individual coverage are set at $2,000 and $4,000 for family coverage. This change applies to non-Medicare plans for the years 2025-2026.
