Amends retirement benefits for employees of the Department of Transitional Assistance and the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities in.

This bill amends Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws to include employees of the Department of Transitional Assistance and the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities in the retirement benefits program.
