Provides equity and fairness to POST-certified police officers disabled by cardiac disease.

This bill amends the General Laws of Massachusetts to include POST-certified police officers from various state agencies under the heart law presumption for disability benefits. Specifically, it adds police officers from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, University of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Port Authority, state universities and community colleges, Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, and Department of Mental Health to the list of eligible officers.
