Introduced·2/27/25
Introduced Text

Establishes privileged contact for inmates to communicate confidentially with members of the General Court.

The bill amends the General Laws to ensure that inmates in state correctional facilities, state prisons, or county correctional facilities, including jails, have the privilege to refuse to disclose and prevent others from disclosing confidential communications with members of the House of Representatives or the Senate.
