Massachusetts H2710 repeals the 2024 ban on nonresidents using semiautomatic weapons for hunting.

Massachusetts H2710 repeals Section 45 of Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, which banned nonresidents from using semiautomatic weapons for hunting. This change allows nonresidents to use semiautomatic hunting weapons in the state. The bill was introduced by Representatives Kenneth Sweezey and Paul Frost.
