Massachusetts H2631 mandates reporting of stun gun discharge data to law enforcement and the attorney general.

Massachusetts H2631 requires law enforcement and public safety officials to report data on stun gun discharges, including time, duration, stun gun serial number, and the officer's identity, within 24 hours to the commanding officer and the attorney general. The bill also mandates that contractors collecting stun gun data report the same information upon notice of a discharge.
