Amends Massachusetts law to define use of force equipment for special state police officers.

This bill amends Massachusetts law to define "use of force equipment" for special state police officers, including specific items such as a semi-automatic handgun, a baton, oleoresin capsicum spray, and double locking handcuffs. It also authorizes these officers to carry such equipment while on duty in non-secure areas of hospitals or psychiatric or mental health facilities.
