Dissolves the Whately Water District and allows the sale of its assets to reimburse former customers.

The bill dissolves the Whately Water District, allowing the board to sell any real estate or interests. Proceeds from the sale will reimburse customers previously served by the district's well sources and now served by the town of Whately water department for their connection to town service. The dissolution of the district and its board of water commissioners will take effect upon the completion of the sale and distribution of proceeds.
