Massachusetts H2218 requires the Secretary of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to update job classifications for several departments to include Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Supervised Mental Health Counselors. This update must be completed by September 1, 2023, and all relevant job postings will reflect these changes by that date.
