Massachusetts H2203 establishes a pilot program for regulated psilocybin services for adults with PTSD, end-of-life distress, depression, or other.

Massachusetts H2203 authorizes the Department of Public Health to create a pilot program for psilocybin services for adults with post-traumatic stress disorder, end-of-life distress, depression, or other specified conditions. The pilot, known as the Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy Program, will be overseen by selected universities and community-based providers. It will involve research design, participant screening, facilitator training, and data collection.
