Exempts wages for construction of health care facilities from prevailing wage requirements.

Massachusetts H2148 amends Chapter 149 of the General Laws to exempt wages for work on the construction of health care facilities from the prevailing wage requirements. This exemption applies to projects defined in section 25B of chapter 111 or other public health projects as deemed by the commissioner of public health.
