Introduced Text

Massachusetts H2134 amends unemployment insurance laws to exclude benefits for municipal employees serving educational institutions and reduce.

Massachusetts H2134 introduces changes to the state's unemployment insurance laws. It prevents benefits for municipal employees who provide services to or on behalf of educational institutions. This reduction applies if the employer provided at least 75% of the employee's total service length.
