For homicide cases, the rate is set at $150 per hour; for superior court non-homicide cases, including sexually dangerous person cases, it is $105 per hour; for district court cases, it is $73 per hour; for children in need of services cases, it is $90 per hour; and for children and family law cases, care and protection cases, sex offender registry cases, and mental health cases, it is also $90 per hour. These rates are subject to periodic review by the committee at public hearings.
