Massachusetts H1761 amends Chapter 265 of the General Laws by adding a new section 22D. This new section imposes a punishment of imprisonment in the state prison for life or for any term of years for anyone who commits sexual intercourse or unnatural sexual intercourse with a person with disability, as defined in section 13K, by force, against their will, or by threat of bodily injury. Prosecutions under this section cannot be continued without a finding or placed on file.
