Massachusetts bill H176 amends the definition of "Qualifying patient" and "Debilitating medical condition" for medical marijuana use. It expands the list of qualifying conditions to include cancer, glaucoma, HIV, AIDS, hepatitis C, ALS, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, PTSD, opioid use disorder, and other conditions as determined by the Cannabis Policy. It also allows veterans receiving care at a Veterans Administration facility to qualify if they have a debilitating medical condition.
