Establishes a Prison Mitigation Fund for cities and towns hosting Department of Correction facilities in Massachusetts.

The bill proposes the creation of a Prison Mitigation Fund for cities and towns hosting Department of Correction facilities in Massachusetts. The fund will receive revenue from appropriations, investment income, and other sources. At least $2,500,000 annually will be distributed based on the average daily prisoner population in each city or town.
