Establishes a task force to study equitable access to psilocybin and other entheogenic plants.

The bill creates an interagency task force to study the public health and social justice implications of legalizing psilocybin and other entheogenic plants in Massachusetts. The task force will review research, compile data, and develop recommendations for equitable access, sustainable manufacture, and public education on harm reduction. It will also consider pardons, parole, and expungement for related criminal records. The task force will submit its findings and legislative drafts by June 2026.
