Massachusetts H157 prohibits billboard advertisements of non-prescription marijuana.

Massachusetts H157 amends the General Laws to prohibit advertising, marketing, and branding of non-prescription marijuana through billboards. It also restricts such advertising through television, radio, internet, or print publications unless at least 85% of the audience is expected to be 21 years of age or older.
