Establishes a training program for members of mobile home rent control boards in Massachusetts.
The bill mandates the creation of an education and training program for both new and existing members of mobile home rent control boards. The executive office of housing and liveable communities, or its designee, will oversee the program, which will be offered annually. The program will be available in multiple locations throughout the commonwealth and online. The executive office will consult with the Massachusetts Municipal Association in developing the program. All training courses will be provided free of charge to board members.
