Establishes a 15-member advisory commission to study best practices and safety protocols for state subsidized senior and non-elderly disabled housing.

The bill creates a 15-member advisory commission to study best practices and safety protocols for state subsidized senior and non-elderly disabled housing. The commission will include members selected by the Governor, the Speaker of the House, the Senate President, and various housing and disability organizations. The commission must be established within 45 days of the act's effective date.
