The bill amends Chapter 118E of the general laws to set minimum reimbursement rates for vaccine administration for all Medicaid-eligible individuals in Massachusetts. These rates must be no less than the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regional reimbursement rate, applicable to all providers, including those billing through Massachusetts Medicaid immunization payment providers or pharmacy benefit managers. The changes will take effect on January 1, 2026.
