Massachusetts H1382 aims to ensure continuous health coverage for children under 19 enrolled in MassHealth.

Massachusetts H1382 amends the General Laws to establish continuous eligibility for at least 12 months for children under 19 enrolled in MassHealth. Exceptions include turning 19, ceasing to be a state resident, voluntary disenrollment, erroneous eligibility due to fraud or agency error, or the child's death. The executive office of health and human services is directed to maximize federal financial participation for this coverage.
