Massachusetts H1352 establishes a prescription drug rebate program for seniors with an annual household income of $50,000 or less.

Massachusetts H1352 creates a prescription drug rebate program for seniors aged 65 and older with an annual household income of $50,000 or less. Eligible individuals can receive rebates for their total out-of-pocket expenses, including insurance co-pays, for prescription drugs. The rebate program covers all prescription drugs as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 94C of the General Laws. Rebates are disbursed from the General Fund and are capped at $2,500 per individual annually.
