This bill amends Chapter 113 of the 2018 acts to allow state university projects authorized through specific items to use supplemental funding from the Massachusetts State College Building Authority. This change applies to projects authorized through item 7066-8110 of section 2 of this act and item 7066-8000 of section 2 of chapter 258 of the 2008 acts.
