Establishes a grant fund to support Massachusetts farms and fisheries in adapting to climate change.

The bill creates the Agriculture and Fishery Vulnerability Preparedness Grant Fund to help farms and fisheries in Massachusetts plan and implement climate change adaptation and resiliency initiatives. The fund will be administered by the secretary, in consultation with relevant departments, and will support activities such as controlled climate growing, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental affairs. The fund will be financed by appropriations, interest, and public and private contributions, and will not revert to the General Fund at the end of a fiscal year.
