Massachusetts H1186 establishes a 5-year pilot program to extend eligibility for premium assistance payments or point-of-service cost-sharing subsidies for applicants at or below 500 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. The program will provide access to health plans meeting at least 90 percent actuarial value for applicants between 300 and 500 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.
