Establishes an annual free snowmobile weekend in Massachusetts for non-residents.

This bill amends Chapter 90B of the General Laws to create an annual three-day "free snowmobile weekend" in Massachusetts. During this weekend, non-residents can operate snowmobiles on public and certain private lands without needing a Massachusetts snowmobile registration or Trail Pass. The weekend is organized by the Massachusetts Office of Law Enforcement in collaboration with the Snowmobile Association of Massachusetts or its successor organization.
