The property, currently under contract for sale to Sunrise Development, Inc., will be serviced through the town of Norwood. All costs for engineering, design, and construction related to the sewer tie-in are to be paid by Sunrise Development, Inc. The sewer connection and service provision will only commence after approval by the authority's board of directors.
