Requires state and municipal buildings to have at least one automated external defibrillator.

This bill mandates that the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of General Services ensure each state building has at least one automated external defibrillator. It also requires municipalities to equip each municipal building with at least one automated external defibrillator. The definition of "automated external defibrillator" is provided in Title 22, section 2150-C, subsection 1, paragraph A.
