This bill expands the limits on cannabis cultivation for caregivers and extends the validity of registration and license periods.

The bill increases the number of mature cannabis plants a caregiver can cultivate from an unspecified limit to 500, and the area of mature plant canopy from an unspecified limit to 1,000 square feet. It also raises the limit on immature cannabis plants from an unspecified limit to 120 and the area of immature plant canopy from an unspecified limit to 2,000 square feet. The bill extends the validity of registration and license periods from one year to two years for those without violations in the previous year.
