This bill changes the term of issuance for an agricultural fair license from 3 years to 4 years.

This bill modifies the issuance period for Maine agricultural fair licenses, extending it from 3 years to 4 years. The commissioner is required to set the dates for which an agricultural fair license is effective, with the commissioner announcing the assignment of fair dates and issuance of licenses. The commissioner must set the dates for which an agricultural fair license is effective in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to section 82, subsection 5.
