This resolve establishes the Independent Commission to Study the Effects of 5G and Other Non-ionizing Radio Frequency Radiation-emitting Technology. The commission will review federal and state laws and regulations, scientific literature, and experimental research on the effects of 5G and other non-ionizing radio frequency radiation on bird, bee, insect, and other wildlife populations, as well as on children. The commission will also develop policy recommendations for the Legislature.
