This bill amends the transporter plates provisions to include businesses selling or servicing campers or motor homes as authorized users. It clarifies that a transporter license may be used to transport a trailer and allows the holder to charge a fee for vehicle transport. The transporter plates cannot be used in lieu of registration plates, loaned to another, used for personal reasons, or on a towing vehicle except for a drive-away saddlemount vehicle transporter combination.
