This bill modifies Maine law to permit children to take part in beano games organized by bona fide nonprofit charitable, educational, political, civic, recreational, fraternal, patriotic, religious, or veterans' organizations. The games must be offered exclusively to clubs, groups, or organizations composed of individuals at least 90% of whom are under a certain age, or to incorporated community organizations, agencies, or institutions. The games must be conducted on the premises of the organization, and no fee can be charged to participate.
