Allows the Fish Hatchery Maintenance Fund to cover overtime staff costs for hatchery operations.
This bill amends the Fish Hatchery Maintenance Fund to include funding for overtime personnel services when necessary for fish stocking and other hatchery-related work. The fund, which already supports engineering designs, maintenance, and capital improvements at state-owned hatcheries, will now also cover overtime costs. The commissioner can accept donations for these purposes, which must be used as specified.
